Dr. Dennis Wilson, PhD, MBA, BSc
Dr. Wilson was born and raised in western Canada, the third of seven children, and the oldest boy in the family. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Alberta, and also received a specialization in Psychology. Dr. Wilson moved to Ontario in the late 80’s. He received his MBA in Management Science and Information Systems from Mac Master University in 1990. While living and working full-time in Dallas Texas from 1996 to 2006, Dr. Wilson continued his studies and in 2007 he received his PhD in Organization and Management from Capella University. Dr. Wilson has over 25 years of experience in industry where he has been a major contributor and architect for numerous software applications and databases.
Dr. Wilson thoroughly enjoys being able to blend his knowledge of psychometric assessment, training, motivation, and decision making with his data and application expertise, leading to a better quality of match between people, task, and organizational structure. This can increase operational efficiency and improve quality.
Dr. Wilson currently lives in Markham, Ontario, where he serves on the board of directors for a small real estate holding company and he promotes his consulting business, Wilson Research and Development (WRD). Wilson Research and Development assists companies and individuals in working together to achieve a higher level of synergy.
